Keriton involved me in designing their Feeding management system for the nurses in the NICU. The current process is complicated, time intensive, and error-prone. We were on a mission to build an experience around their solution which removes error potential with a seamless validation engine that manages milk properties and expirations.

The current process involves mom pumping the milk in the bottle provided from the hospital and then delivering it to the hospital. Nurses will have either a computer or ledger to maintain the records of these deliverables and will have to feed the right baby at the right time figuring out the right bottles.
